Jacob & Co. was founded in New York in 1986 by Jacob Arabo, who built the brand supplying custom jewelry to hip-hop artists in the 1990s (Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, and Nas among them) before expanding into high-complication watchmaking with pieces like the Astronomia tourbillon. The gold version of the SS23 Supreme bracelet retailed for $2,998, 5.5 times the $548 sterling silver version released in the same drop.
