CCM (Canada Cycle & Motor) was founded in 1899 in Weston, Ontario, originally as a bicycle manufacturer before pivoting to hockey equipment in the early 20th century. The company supplied skates, sticks, and jerseys to NHL players for decades and served as the league's official on-ice jersey manufacturer through the 2016-17 season. CCM is now owned by Birch Hill Equity Partners after a 2017 buyout from Adidas, which had acquired CCM through Reebok in 2004. Supreme collaborated with CCM on a co-branded hockey jersey.
