Faribault Mill is an American woolen mill founded in 1865 by Carl Henry Klemer in Faribault, Minnesota. The horse-powered carding factory began producing cloth, flannel, and wool blankets in 1872 and incorporated as the Faribault Woolen Mill Company in 1905. The mill supplied 100,000 olive drab blankets to the U.S. Army in World War I and produced more than half of all new wool blankets made in the United States by the time it closed in 2009. Cousins Chuck and Paul Mooty reopened the mill in 2011, and it still weaves on its original looms. Supreme has collaborated with Faribault on box-logo wool blankets and a Mike Kelley-printed throw.
