Poggi Ugo is an Italian terracotta workshop founded in 1919 by Tommaso Tobia Poggi in Impruneta, near Florence, Italy. Tobia's son Ugo Poggi continued the artistic production, and after Ugo's death the workshop was renamed Poggi Ugo by his daughters in 1982; it is now run by his grandchildren Antonella and Lorenzo Andrei alongside a team of master craftsmen. The kiln building dates to the 1500s, and Impruneta clay has been fired in the area since the Etruscans. Every vase is hand-thrown using traditional techniques, and the catalog covers more than 1,700 different pieces, from Renaissance-style garden urns to contemporary planters. Supreme collaborated with Poggi Ugo on co-branded terracotta planters made in Impruneta.
