Soto is a Japanese outdoor-equipment brand launched worldwide in 2009 by Shinfuji Burner Co., a burner manufacturer founded in 1978 in Japan by Hajime Yamamoto. Shinfuji built its reputation on fast-preheating industrial torches — earning the nickname Master of the Blue Flame — before adapting that combustion engineering for camp stoves, torches, and lighters. Soto's line includes the WindMaster and Regulator canister stoves and the Pocket Torch, a wind-resistant flame adapter for disposable lighters. Products are developed and made in Japan. Supreme collaborated with Soto on a co-branded Pocket Torch.
