Supreme x Champion Mesh Crusher
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Champion Mesh Crusher is a soft, packable bucket-style hat constructed from open-weave polyester mesh panels, designed as a warm-weather training cap that breathes, crushes into a bag, and comes out roughly the shape it went in. Champion was founded in 1919 in Rochester, New York by brothers Abe and Bill Feinbloom, and produced the first hooded sweatshirts and reverse-weave crewnecks, supplying athletic apparel to the U.S. Military, the NBA, NCAA programs, and public schools for over a century. Champion is now a subsidiary of HanesBrands. The SS24 Supreme version carries a tackle-twill Champion logo appliqué on the front panel and a co-branded woven interior label.
About Champion
Champion is an American sportswear company founded in 1919 by Simon Feinbloom and his sons William and Abraham in Rochester, New York, originally as Knickerbocker Knitting Mills. The company supplied athletic uniforms to the University of Michigan in the 1920s and to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point shortly after. Champion developed the reverse-weave sweatshirt in 1938, a construction that runs the fabric crosswise to limit shrinkage, and produced the first hooded sweatshirts for cold-weather laborers and athletes. HanesBrands has owned the label since 2006. Supreme has collaborated with Champion on co-branded hoodies, crewnecks, and sweatpants since the early 2000s.
