The Levi's Type III Trucker Jacket is the third-generation denim jacket Levi Strauss & Co. introduced in 1962 as Lot 557, renamed Lot 70505 in 1967, and designed by Jack Lucier with pointed flap chest pockets and tapered side seams. Levi's was founded in San Francisco in 1853 and has produced the Type III continuously for over six decades; current Made in Japan versions retail around $198 in 100% cotton non-stretch denim. Supreme's Spring/Summer 2018 version, released May 24, 2018 at $248, applies vertical pinstripes to stonewashed cotton denim in black, blue, and magenta stripe colorways with Levi's bronze hardware, a leather inner tag, and an included custom devil pin.
