The Supreme x Mitchell & Ness Quilted Sports Jacket is a water-resistant quilted nylon hooded jacket with taffeta lining, chenille stripe rib trim on the collar and armholes, a full-zip closure with snap placket, welt zip hand pockets, and an interior zip mesh pocket. Mitchell & Ness was founded in 1904 in Philadelphia as a sporting goods and uniform shop and has produced officially licensed throwback sports apparel since the 1980s, holding current licensing agreements across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NCAA archives. The front carries an embroidered Supreme script across the chest alongside a Mitchell & Ness woven label at the hem. Released May 5, 2022 at $298, produced exclusively for Supreme and not part of Mitchell & Ness's standalone retail line.

Mitchell & Ness is an American sports apparel company founded in 1904 by Frank P. Mitchell and Charles M.
