Supreme x Nike Air 14K Gold Ring
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
Original — Nike
Air 14K Gold Ring (Supreme exclusive)
About the original
The Supreme x Nike Air 14K Gold Ring is a solid 14-karat gold signet-style band with the Nike Air wordmark raised in relief along the face, produced as a one-off for the FW19 Supreme x Nike collab rather than a reissue of an existing Nike product. Nike was founded as Blue Ribbon Sports in 1964 by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman and renamed Nike in 1971; the Air sub-brand dates to Frank Rudy's pressurized-gas cushioning patent and launched at retail with the Air Tailwind in 1978, before the Air Max 1 put visible Air into production in 1987. The ring released November 29, 2019 at $328 as a Supreme exclusive, with no standalone Nike retail equivalent.
About Nike
Nike is an American sportswear corporation founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports by track coach Bill Bowerman and runner Phil Knight in Eugene, Oregon, and renamed Nike in 1971. The Swoosh was designed that same year by graphic design student Carolyn Davidson for thirty-five dollars. Bowerman prototyped the Cortez and the waffle-sole Moon Shoe, and the Air Max line, introduced in 1987, made Tinker Hatfield's visible-air midsole a signature. Nike now produces footwear and apparel across running, basketball, football, and training, and owns Jordan Brand and Converse. Supreme has collaborated with Nike repeatedly since 2002 across Air Force 1, Air Max, and Dunk.
