Air Zoom Courtposite (Supreme exclusive reissue)
About the original
The Supreme x Nike Air Zoom Courtposite is a retro release of Nike's 2002 Andre Agassi tennis shoe, redone for Supreme's Fall/Winter 2023 collection. The upper is a one-piece molded Foamposite shell designed by Eric Avar to form to the foot without traditional stitched panels; a full-length Zoom Air unit sits in the midsole, and the modified herringbone outsole is built for hardcourt play. "SUPREME" is debossed across the heel counter and stamped on the tongue and insoles. The shoe released in black, white, and metallic gold colorways on October 19, 2023 at $150. Nike has not reissued the Courtposite silhouette outside this collab, so no standalone current-retail version exists.
About Nike
Nike is an American sportswear corporation founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports by track coach Bill Bowerman and runner Phil Knight in Eugene, Oregon, and renamed Nike in 1971. The Swoosh was designed that same year by graphic design student Carolyn Davidson for thirty-five dollars. Bowerman prototyped the Cortez and the waffle-sole Moon Shoe, and the Air Max line, introduced in 1987, made Tinker Hatfield's visible-air midsole a signature. Nike now produces footwear and apparel across running, basketball, football, and training, and owns Jordan Brand and Converse. Supreme has collaborated with Nike repeatedly since 2002 across Air Force 1, Air Max, and Dunk.
