About The Crow
The Crow is an American comic book series created by James O'Barr and first published by Caliber Comics in 1989. O'Barr began drawing the book in West Berlin in 1981 as a way to process the death of his fiancee Beverly, killed by a drunk driver, drawing additional inspiration from a Detroit news story about a young couple murdered over a $20 ring. The story follows Eric Draven, resurrected by a crow to avenge his and his fiancee's murders. The 1994 film adaptation starred Brandon Lee, who died on set. Supreme licensed The Crow for a graphics capsule featuring artwork from O'Barr's original comic.
