The Supreme x Timberland Baseball Jersey was a Supreme-exclusive cotton twill jersey produced with Timberland for Spring/Summer 2023. Construction is all-cotton twill with a button front, tackle-twill Timberland script at the chest, and a graphic applique at the back referencing the brand's tree logo. Timberland, founded in Abington, Massachusetts in 1973 by Nathan Swartz under the Abington Shoe Company name, built its reputation on the 6-inch yellow waterproof boot rather than apparel; it does not produce a baseball jersey in its own line, and this piece was built for the collaboration only. Released April 13, 2023 at $138 in black, red, and green colorways with matching tackle-twill lettering.
About Timberland
Timberland is an American footwear and apparel company founded in 1952 by Nathan Swartz as the Abington Shoe Company in Abington, Massachusetts, and later headquartered in Stratham, New Hampshire. In 1973 the company introduced the first injection-molded waterproof leather boot, branded as the Timberland, and adopted the name as its own. The wheat-colored 6-Inch Premium became a staple of 1990s hip-hop fashion, construction trades, and New York street dress.
