Supreme x Hanes Crew Socks
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Hanes Cushion Crew Sock is a cotton-blend crew sock with a cushioned sole and reinforced heel and toe, cut to sit at mid-calf and sold in multipacks. Hanes builds it from a cotton-majority blend with polyester and elastic, the standard construction for its everyday crew line. The Hanes hosiery business dates to 1901, when Shamrock Hosiery Mills opened in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, later renamed Hanes Hosiery Mills. Supreme has re-released these socks across more than 20 seasons since 2010, in a four-pack alongside its Hanes tees and boxer briefs. The Supreme version is the same cushioned crew sock, with a jacquard Supreme logo knitted into the cuff.
About Hanes
Hanes is an American apparel manufacturer founded in 1901 by John Wesley Hanes in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as Shamrock Mills. The company started making infants' and men's socks before expanding into underwear, T-shirts, and hosiery; it was renamed Hanes Hosiery Mills in 1914. Today Hanesbrands is one of the largest basic apparel producers in the world, with core product lines including cotton crewneck T-shirts, boxer briefs, tagless undershirts, and athletic socks sold in multipacks. Supreme has used Hanes as the base for its branded boxer briefs and T-shirt multipacks.
