About the original
The SIGG Traveller 0.6L is a seamless aluminum water bottle, impact-extruded in Switzerland from a single disc of aluminum so the body is pressed in one piece with no seams or welds. It weighs about 106 grams empty, seals with a leak-proof screw cap, carries a taste-neutral BPA-free interior liner, and holds carbonated drinks. SIGG was founded in 1908 in Biel, Switzerland by Ferdinand Sigg and Xavier Küng, and has pressed aluminum housewares and bottles for more than a century; the Traveller itself dates to 1980.
