Hohner is a German musical instrument manufacturer founded in 1857 by Matthias Hohner in Trossingen, Baden-Württemberg. The company is the world's largest producer of harmonicas and also manufactures accordions, melodicas, and other free-reed instruments. Hohner's Marine Band harmonica, introduced in 1896, became the standard instrument for American blues and folk musicians, and was played on recordings by Bob Dylan, Little Walter, and John Lennon. The company still produces the Marine Band, Special 20, and Chromonica models at its Trossingen factory. Supreme's Hohner collaboration featured a branded version of the Marine Band harmonica.
