Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
About the original
The Hohner Student 32 is a 32-key piano-style melodica spanning two and a half octaves (F3 to C6), housed in a lightweight plastic body with brass reeds, a short mouthpiece for handheld play, and an extension hose that allows hands-free playing on a flat surface. Hohner was founded by Matthias Hohner in Trossingen, Germany, in 1857, originally as a harmonica maker, and has dominated melodica manufacturing since bringing the instrument to market in the 1950s. The Student 32 is the best-selling keyboard harmonica in music education and a fixture in reggae and dub recordings by Augustus Pablo and others. The FW2018 Supreme collab added a box logo and retailed at $68, $5 below the standard retail.
About Hohner
Hohner is a German musical instrument manufacturer founded in 1857 by Matthias Hohner in Trossingen, Baden-Württemberg. The company is the world's largest producer of harmonicas and also manufactures accordions, melodicas, and other free-reed instruments. Hohner's Marine Band harmonica, introduced in 1896, became the standard instrument for American blues and folk musicians, and was played on recordings by Bob Dylan, Little Walter, and John Lennon. The company still produces the Marine Band, Special 20, and Chromonica models at its Trossingen factory. Supreme's Hohner collaboration featured a branded version of the Marine Band harmonica.
