Staub is a French cookware manufacturer founded in 1974 by Francis Staub in Turckheim, Alsace, and acquired by Zwilling J.A. Henckels in 2008. The company's enameled cast iron cocottes are produced in France and feature a matte black interior enamel and self-basting lid studs that redistribute condensation across food during braising. The catalog includes round and oval cocottes, cast iron skillets, ceramic bakeware, and teapots, in colors including Grenadine, Basil, and Graphite Grey. Staub cookware is used in Michelin-starred kitchens including those of Paul Bocuse and Alain Ducasse. Supreme has collaborated with Staub on co-branded cast iron cookware.
