Supreme x b.b. Simon Zip Up Hooded Sweatshirt
Supreme vs. Original

About the original
B.B. Simon was founded in 1987 in downtown Los Angeles by Simon Tavassoli, who learned belt-making at his uncle's buckle factory before starting his own label, originally named Belts By Simon. Madonna wore one of Tavassoli's Western-style buckles in the 2000 Don't Tell Me music video, and the studded and Swarovski-crystal-set belt became a recurring piece in hip-hop and streetwear wardrobes. Production remains in California using Italian leather and hand-applied stones. The SS2025 Supreme version is a brushed-back cotton-fleece zip-up hoodie in a camouflage print with a tackle-twill arc-logo applique densely set with rhinestones and metal studs on the chest.
About b.b. Simon
b.b. Simon is an American accessories brand founded in 1987 by Simon Tavassoli in Los Angeles. The name is an abbreviation of Belts By Simon. The brand introduced its Swarovski crystal-studded leather belts in the early 2000s, and the design became a fixture of hip-hop style, worn by Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, and Birdman. Each belt is assembled at the company's Irvine, California factory using Italian leather, large metal buckles sourced from Taiwan, and Austrian Swarovski crystals set by hand. The brand has since expanded into licensed belts for Disney, Warner Bros., and Marvel properties. Supreme collaborated with b.b. Simon on crystal-studded Box Logo belts.
