The Ben Davis Chore Coat is a cotton-twill work jacket from the San Francisco workwear house Ben Davis started in 1935 by Ben Davis, grandson of Jacob Davis, the tailor who patented the riveted work pant with Levi Strauss in 1873. The coat is cut from heavy twill with a button front, three utility pockets, and the company's woven gorilla-mascot patch, and it retails for $110.
