About the original
The Supreme/Corteiz Rule The World Hoodie is a heavyweight cotton pullover with a dual Supreme-Corteiz logo lock-up modeled on Corteiz's Alcatraz island motif printed across the chest, and the full text of John Donne's 1624 meditation "No Man Is An Island" rendered in handwritten-style script across the back. It has a lined drawstring hood, a front kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. Corteiz was founded in London in 2017 by designer Clint419 and built its following through password-protected web drops, GPS-pinned pop-ups, and the 2022 Bolo Exchange, in which Corteiz traded new bombers for used North Face, Moncler, Stone Island, and Arc'teryx pieces in Hyde Park. FW23 was the first Supreme/Corteiz collab; released December 21, 2023 in black only.
About Corteiz
Corteiz is a British streetwear label founded in 2017 by Clint Ogbenna, known as Clint 419, in West London. Ogbenna launched the brand from his bedroom with a small run of screen-printed tees and crewnecks featuring an Alcatraz silhouette logo and the tagline Rules The World. Distribution is intentionally restricted: products release through guerrilla pop-ups, password-protected web drops, and ticket-trade events rather than retail. The brand grew from 50 followers to a global cult following within four years. Supreme collaborated with Corteiz on the FW23 Rules The World Tee and Hooded Sweatshirt, both featuring the Alcatraz logo with Supreme co-branding.
