Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

Original — Fox Racing
V1 Helmet
About the original
The Fox Racing V1 is an entry-level motocross helmet with DOT and ECE 22.05 certification, a multi-density expanded polystyrene liner, a wide eye port sized for goggle compatibility, and ventilation channels cut across the crown and rear exhaust. The injection-molded ABS shell is offered in multiple sizes and weighs approximately 1,400 grams. Fox Racing was founded in 1974 by Geoff Fox in Campbell, California as a race team and motocross parts distributor before launching its apparel and protective gear line, and the V1 sits at the base of the helmet range below the MIPS-equipped V2 and V3. The FW19 collab applied a co-branded Supreme graphic across a solid colorway shell.
About Fox Racing
Fox Racing is an American motocross apparel and protective equipment company founded in 1974 by Geoff Fox in Campbell, California, and now headquartered in Irvine. The company began importing European motocross parts before launching its own riding gear, sponsoring riders including Bob Hannah, Mark Barnett, and Ricky Carmichael as the sport grew through the late 1970s and 1980s. Fox produces helmets, boots, gloves, jerseys, pants, and body armor for professional motocross and mountain bike athletes, and its V-series helmets and 360 race pants are standard issue across AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross paddocks. Fox was acquired by Vista Outdoor in 2022. Supreme has collaborated with Fox Racing on co-branded moto jerseys, jackets, and protective gear.
