About the original

The Fox Racing V2 Motocross Helmet is a mid-level race helmet that combines MIPS rotational-impact protection, a dual-density EPS liner, a Magnetic Visor Release System (MVRS) peak that sheds on impact, and channel ventilation front to back. Fox Racing was founded by Geoff Fox in Morgan Hill, California in 1974 as a motorsports parts distributor before moving into race apparel and protective gear, and now outfits riders across Supercross, Motocross, and FMX. The V2 sits between the V1 and the carbon V3 in Fox's competitive helmet range and retails around $250. The SS18 Supreme collab version released at $298 in red, white, and black graphics.

About Fox Racing

Fox Racing is an American motocross apparel and protective equipment company founded in 1974 by Geoff Fox in Campbell, California, and now headquartered in Irvine. The company began importing European motocross parts before launching its own riding gear, sponsoring riders including Bob Hannah, Mark Barnett, and Ricky Carmichael as the sport grew through the late 1970s and 1980s. Fox produces helmets, boots, gloves, jerseys, pants, and body armor for professional motocross and mountain bike athletes, and its V-series helmets and 360 race pants are standard issue across AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross paddocks. Fox was acquired by Vista Outdoor in 2022. Supreme has collaborated with Fox Racing on co-branded moto jerseys, jackets, and protective gear.
