Supreme x Nike Air Max 96
Supreme vs. Original

About the original
The Nike Air Max 96 was designed in 1996 around a full-length visible Air unit and a layered synthetic leather and mesh upper with stretch neoprene inner sleeve; the 96 II is its current production retro on a standard EVA midsole. Nike has re-released the silhouette periodically since 2016 as part of its Air Max back-catalog program. Supreme's SS2021 collaboration applies three colorways — Woodland Camo, Silver Bullet, and Black — with transparent TPU overlays, 3M reflective binding, and Supreme branding on the tongue and heel. It released on May 6, 2021 at $175.
