About the original
The Nike Peak Uncuffed Graphic Beanie is the jacquard-knit cap in Nike's current line: an uncuffed mid-depth crown with a two-colour pattern knit into the fabric rather than printed onto it, an embroidered Swoosh low on one side, and a 100% polyester body and lining, style IQ4184, at a $32 list price. Nike began as Blue Ribbon Sports, founded January 25, 1964 by University of Oregon runner Phil Knight and his track coach Bill Bowerman; the company took the Nike name on May 30, 1971, the year Portland State student Carolyn Davidson drew the Swoosh for $35. About Nike
