About the original
The NITECORE LA10 is a compact AA-powered LED lantern and flashlight with a magnetic tail cap, an aluminum alloy body measuring roughly 3.08 by 0.89 inches, and three brightness levels (9, 30, and 85 lumens) plus a red-light mode for night vision preservation. NITECORE is a Chinese manufacturer founded in 2004 in Guangzhou, known for EDC flashlights, tactical lights, and lithium-ion chargers used by law enforcement and outdoor professionals. The LA10 runs for up to 20 hours on a single AA at low and uses a Cree XP-G2 LED. The Supreme FW17 version uses the same LA10C platform in anodized black or red with printed Supreme and NITECORE branding and a matching lanyard; it released August 17, 2017 at $48.
About NITECORE
NITECORE is a Chinese flashlight and battery company founded in 2007 in Guangzhou under parent company Sysmax Innovation Technology. Early releases include the NDI stepless-dimming AA flashlight in 2008, the piston-design D10 in 2009, and the TM11, the first 2,000-lumen pocket light, in 2011. The catalog now spans tactical lights, headlamps, EDC pocket lights, USB-C battery chargers, and rechargeable lithium-ion cells, sold in over 100 countries.
