Supreme x The North Face Paper Print Nuptse Jacket
Supreme vs. Original

About the original
The North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket uses 700-fill-power goose down in baffled ripstop nylon panels with a DWR finish and a stowable hood that packs into the collar. The Nuptse silhouette dates to 1992 and was named after the 25,791-foot Himalayan peak adjacent to Everest. The FW2019 Supreme version applies a full newsprint paper graphic across all panels of the standard Nuptse shell — a surface treatment exclusive to the collab that does not alter the 700-fill down or baffling construction.
About The North Face
The North Face was founded in 1966 by Douglas Tompkins in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood as a retail mountaineering store. The brand grew into one of the world's largest outdoor apparel and equipment companies, known for technical outerwear, fleece, and expedition gear. Supreme and The North Face have maintained one of streetwear's most anticipated ongoing collaborations since 2007, releasing multiple capsule collections each year.
