Supreme x The North Face Statue of Liberty Tee
Supreme vs. Original

Original — The North Face
Half Dome Short-Sleeve T-Shirt
About the original
The North Face Half Dome Short-Sleeve T-Shirt is a 100% cotton jersey tee with a screen-printed Half Dome logo at the chest, part of TNF core apparel since the brand was founded in San Francisco in 1966 by Doug Tompkins and Kenneth Klopp. The Half Dome graphic depicts the Yosemite granite formation that has served as TNF's secondary logo for decades. The FW2019 Supreme version adds a large Statue of Liberty graphic on the back above the text Expedition Proven, from a New York City-themed capsule that also included Baltoro jackets at $498 and mountain jackets at $398. The tee retailed at $54 and was offered in white, black, and yellow.
About The North Face
The North Face is an American outdoor apparel and equipment company founded in 1966 by Douglas and Susie Tompkins as a mountaineering retail store in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood. The company introduced the Sierra down parka in 1968 and the geodesic Oval Intention tent in 1975, and its Nuptse down jacket, released in 1992, is named for the 7,861-meter Himalayan peak. The brand now produces the Summit Series, Steep Tech, and Denali fleece lines under VF Corporation ownership. Supreme and The North Face have run one of streetwear's longest ongoing collaborations, releasing seasonal capsules each spring and fall since 2007.
