About the original
Number (N)ine was founded in Tokyo in 1996 by Takahiro Miyashita, whose work drew on punk, grunge, and rock-and-roll source material through the label's closure in 2009 and again after Miyashita relaunched it in 2018. The Fall/Winter 2025 Supreme collaboration spans outerwear, tees, and leather accessories. This belt is cowhide leather with double rows of pyramid studs flanking a center band of transparent plastic rhinestone studs, a roller buckle, and debossed Supreme and Number (N)ine logos on the back. It is made in Italy and retailed for $298 in black and red. The belt is exclusive to the collaboration.
About Number (N)ine
Number (N)ine is a Japanese fashion label founded in 1996 by Takahiro Miyashita in Tokyo, Japan, under his company KOOKS Co., Ltd. The name is taken from The Beatles' "Revolution 9," and the collections fused punk, grunge, and Americana with Japanese tailoring across denim, graphic tees, and outerwear. Miyashita ran the original house from 1996 to 2009, when he closed it to start TheSoloist; he reclaimed control of Number (N)ine in 2025. Archive pieces from the Kurt Cobain era runways and the brand's lightning-bolt and skull motifs trade for multiples of retail on the resale market. Supreme has collaborated with Number (N)ine on co-branded apparel.
