About the original
The Supreme/Playboy Shawl Collar Full Zip Sweater is a hand-knit cotton cardigan with a wide shawl collar, two-way front zip, side-entry hand pockets, and a jacquard-knit row of Playboy Rabbit Heads running horizontally across the chest. A woven Supreme tab sits at the hem. Playboy was founded in Chicago in 1953 by Hugh Hefner, with the Rabbit Head mark designed by art director Art Paul for the January 1954 second issue. Playboy licenses the mark to apparel partners but does not manufacture a shawl-collar sweater under its own name; the FW17 version was produced exclusively for Supreme's Playboy capsule. Released September 2017 at 398 USD in black, red, white, and natural.
