Supreme x Playboy Soccer Jersey
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
Original — Playboy
Soccer Jersey (Supreme-exclusive)
About the original
A v-neck polyester soccer jersey produced exclusively for Supreme's Spring/Summer 2018 collaboration with Playboy. The jersey uses alternating vertical stripes in red, black, blue, or green with a ribbed contrast collar and short sleeves, and carries the Playboy rabbit-head silhouette embroidered on the chest above the Supreme wordmark, with a large applique number 18 on the back referencing the season year. Playboy was founded in Chicago by Hugh Hefner in 1953 with a $600 loan and Marilyn Monroe on the first cover, and licenses its rabbit-head logo across apparel, fragrance, and home goods. The brand has no equivalent soccer jersey in its own apparel line. This piece was made for the collab and does not exist outside it.
About Playboy
Playboy is an American men's magazine founded in 1953 by Hugh Hefner in Chicago, Illinois, produced from his Hyde Park kitchen with $8,000 in seed capital. The first issue carried no date (Hefner was unsure there would be a second) and led with a Marilyn Monroe centerfold from a previously published calendar shoot. The Rabbit Head logo, designed by art director Art Paul for the second issue, became one of the most-licensed marks of the twentieth century. Playboy paused its print magazine in 2020 and now operates as a licensing business under PLBY Group. Supreme has collaborated with Playboy on Rabbit Head T-shirts, hoodies, and outerwear.
