About the original
Spyder was founded in 1978 in Boulder, Colorado by David Jacobs and has outfitted the U.S. Ski Team for more than four decades; the spider-web graphic is the brand's signature visual, adapted here as a jacquard knit. The FW24 Supreme collab is a lightweight stretch-knit liner-style glove with the web pattern knit across the back of the hand, a red embroidered Spyder bug at the thumb, and a Supreme wordmark below it. About Spyder
Spyder is an American ski apparel brand founded in 1978 by David Jacobs in Boulder, Colorado, started as a mail-order business out of his kitchen selling racing sweaters to ski-team customers. Jacobs, a former member of the Canadian National Ski Team, named the company after the spider-leg-pattern racing pants his sons wore on the circuit, borrowing the "y" spelling from the Ferrari Spyder.
