About the original
The Supreme x Stone Island Warp Stripe Hooded Sweatshirt is a Fall/Winter 2020 collaboration pullover in cotton fleece, with an all-over horizontal warp-dyed stripe, co-branded chest embroidery, a kangaroo pouch pocket, and Stone Island's removable compass badge on the left sleeve secured by two buttons. Stone Island was founded in Ravarino, Italy in 1982 by Massimo Osti and built its reputation on garment-dyeing and fabric experiments developed in-house at its research facility. Warp dyeing applies color only to the warp threads before weaving, creating the irregular striped effect characteristic of this fabric. The Warp Stripe pattern and co-branded build were produced only for this drop and were not part of Stone Island's main-line collection.
About Stone Island
Stone Island is an Italian sportswear label founded in 1982 by Massimo Osti in Ravarino, near Modena.
