Supreme x Thrasher Satin Varsity Jacket
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
About the original
The Supreme x Thrasher Satin Hooded Varsity Jacket pairs Thrasher Magazine, founded in San Francisco in 1981 by Eric Swenson and Kevin Thatcher, with a hooded baseball-jacket silhouette in satin. The body is satin polyester with quilted lining, contrast ribbed-knit cuffs, hem, and collar trim, snap front closure, and side-entry pockets. Thrasher provided the licensing for the Skate Goat graphic embroidered on the back; the Skate Goat originated as a 1980s Pushead illustration that became the magazine's long-running mascot. Released for FW21 in two colorways. Thrasher itself does not produce satin varsity jackets; the closest in-house equivalents are their cotton hooded coach jackets and varsity-style cotton jackets sold through thrashermagazine.com.
About Thrasher
Thrasher is an American skateboarding magazine founded in January 1981 by Eric Swenson and Fausto Vitello in San Francisco, California, originally as a marketing vehicle for Independent Truck Company, which Swenson and Vitello also owned. Kevin Thatcher served as founding editor and ran the magazine for its first two decades. The publication is known for its annual Skater of the Year award, established in 1990, and the flame-logo merchandise that broke into mainstream fashion in the mid-2010s. Thrasher remains independently owned by High Speed Productions. Supreme has collaborated with Thrasher on T-shirts and hoodies built around co-branded flame and box-logo graphics.
