Supreme x Timberland Beanie
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Timberland Ribbed Watch Cap is a cuffed knit beanie in 100% acrylic, with a foldable rib-stitched cuff and a woven tree-logo patch at the front. Timberland was founded in 1952 in New Hampshire by Nathan Swartz, originally making stitched-and-soled boots at his Abington Shoe Company before rebranding around the 6-inch waterproof boot in 1973; watch caps have been part of the accessories line alongside the boot program since the 1980s. The SS21 collab uses the same ribbed acrylic construction with co-branded Timberland and Supreme embroidery on the cuff patch. The underlying cap is the Ribbed Watch that Timberland sells at retail for around $20.
About Timberland
Timberland is an American footwear and apparel company founded in 1952 by Nathan Swartz as the Abington Shoe Company in Abington, Massachusetts, and later headquartered in Stratham, New Hampshire. In 1973 the company introduced the first injection-molded waterproof leather boot, branded as the Timberland, and adopted the name as its own. The wheat-colored 6-Inch Premium became a staple of 1990s hip-hop fashion, construction trades, and New York street dress. The company, now part of VF Corporation, also produces the Earthkeepers and PRO lines. Supreme and Timberland have collaborated on seasonal footwear and outerwear since 2002.
