About the original

The Supreme/True Religion Denim Cargo Pant is a baggy-fit denim cargo with six pockets, contrast heavy-gauge topstitching, the signature True Religion horseshoe flap detail, and co-branded rear label. True Religion was founded in Vernon, California in 2002 by Jeff Lubell and Kym Gold and built its name on the thick contrast stitching and oversized flap pockets that defined mid-2000s premium denim. The FW21 Supreme version came in washed blue, black, pink, and Mossy Oak camo at $228. True Religion's own Denim Big T Utility Cargo Pant, which carries the same cargo-pocket silhouette and horseshoe stitch, currently retails at $189 on truereligion.com.

About True Religion

True Religion is an American denim brand founded in 2002 by Jeffrey Lubell and designer Kym Gold in Los Angeles, California. The first collection of about 14,000 pairs introduced the thick contrast stitching, oversized horseshoe back-pocket arch, and Buddha-and-guitar logo that defined the brand's look through the mid-2000s, when the jeans became fixtures on Angelina Jolie, Jessica Simpson, Megan Fox, and Jennifer Lopez. Production was originally done in Vernon, California using selvedge and ring-spun denim. TowerBrook Capital Partners acquired the company in 2013, and ownership has changed hands several times since. Supreme has collaborated with True Religion on co-branded denim and graphic apparel.
