Super T Trucker Denim Jacket
About the original
The True Religion Super T Trucker is a black cotton denim jacket with the brand's signature Super T stitching — a five-needle thread at two-stitch-per-inch process that True Religion engineered by modifying commercial sewing machines when the brand launched in Los Angeles in 2002. The jacket keeps the classic trucker silhouette: pointed collar, button front, two flap chest pockets with True Religion's horseshoe-stitched pocket flaps, and side hand pockets. Construction is 98% cotton, 2% elastane. The Supreme FW21 version uses the same oversized contrast stitching and horseshoe pockets, co-branded with a Supreme x True Religion woven label at the collar and offered in black, pink, and Mossy Oak camo. Retail was $268.
About True Religion
True Religion is an American denim brand founded in 2002 by Jeffrey Lubell and designer Kym Gold in Los Angeles, California. The first collection of about 14,000 pairs introduced the thick contrast stitching, oversized horseshoe back-pocket arch, and Buddha-and-guitar logo that defined the brand's look through the mid-2000s, when the jeans became fixtures on Angelina Jolie, Jessica Simpson, Megan Fox, and Jennifer Lopez. Production was originally done in Vernon, California using selvedge and ring-spun denim. TowerBrook Capital Partners acquired the company in 2013, and ownership has changed hands several times since. Supreme has collaborated with True Religion on co-branded denim and graphic apparel.
