The Vans Skate Chukka Low is the low-cut, skate-team version of the Chukka, built on the Pro Vulc Lite construction with a suede-and-canvas upper over the waffle outsole Vans has made in Anaheim, California since 1966. For Fall/Winter 2017 Supreme reproduced Andres Serrano's 1990 photograph "Blood and Semen II" across the upper, a Cibachrome image of the two bodily fluids marbled together, made at the height of the AIDS crisis for a fundraising portfolio benefiting Photographers + Friends United Against AIDS. It shipped alongside an Old Skool and a Sk8-Hi in the same print. The standard Skate Chukka Low carries the same silhouette without the graphic. About Vans
