The Vans Sk8-Hi launched in 1978 as Style 38, Vans' first high-top, adding ankle support to the brand's vulcanized construction and waffle outsole. It remains one of the most-produced skate shoes in history. The SS20 Supreme version uses a hole-punch denim upper — a textile perforated in a grid pattern — in black and blue colorways, with a padded collar, reinforced toe cap, and co-branded Sidestripe.
