Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Vans Old Skool was introduced in 1977 as Style 36, the first Vans shoe to feature the Sidestripe and the first to combine canvas with suede toe and heel panels. Vans has manufactured skate footwear in Southern California since 1966. The FW21 Supreme collab is built on the Old Skool Pro construction with reinforced toecap and UltraCush HD sockliner, using two-tone suede and canvas uppers and a tribal barbed-wire graphic printed around the foxing stripe. Released November 26, 2021 in blue/grey, green/burgundy, and pink/black colorways at $98, alongside four Half Cab variants with the same barbed-wire treatment.
About Vans
Vans is an American footwear company founded on March 16, 1966, by Paul Van Doren, his brother James, Gordon Lee, and Serge D'Elia in Anaheim, California, originally trading as the Van Doren Rubber Company.
