The Vans Skate Chukka Low is the skate-team version of the low-cut Chukka, a silhouette Vans has carried in its line for decades. Vans, founded in Anaheim, California in 1966, builds the current Skate Chukka Low with a suede-and-canvas upper, Pro Vulc Lite construction for board feel, and the brand's waffle rubber outsole. Supreme's Spring/Summer 2010 Chukka, part of the same snakeskin pack released in spring 2010, added an embossed snakeskin panel wrapping from eyestay to eyestay around the heel, across five colorways. The original Skate Chukka Low keeps the low profile, suede upper, and waffle grip — without the reptile trim or the box logo.
About Vans
