About the original
The Jawbone JAMBOX is a portable Bluetooth speaker launched in 2010, one of the earliest compact wireless speakers to stream audio from a phone and take calls hands-free. Yves Béhar designed its ridged metal grille and rounded enclosure, fitting two drivers and a passive bass radiator into a body small enough for a jacket pocket. Jawbone began in 1999 as Aliph, an audio-technology company, and renamed itself Jawbone in 2010 alongside the JAMBOX launch. The company was liquidated in July 2017, so the speaker is discontinued and now found only on the secondary market. Supreme's version is the standard JAMBOX carrying box-logo branding.
