About the original

BBS Motorsport was founded in 1970 in Schiltach, Germany by Heinrich Baumgartner and Klaus Brand, and supplies forged three-piece wheels to Formula 1, IndyCar, DTM, and OEM programs including Porsche, BMW M, and Audi RS. The company name comes from the founders' initials plus their hometown of Schiltach. The RS, introduced in 1983, is the brand's split-spoke three-piece forged wheel and remains in production after more than four decades, with the centerpiece, outer barrel, and inner barrel bolted together. The FW25 Supreme keychain is a 3.4 x 1.3 x 0.5-inch zinc-alloy miniature of the RS with embossed BBS logos on the cap and side. Released November 6, 2025 at $38.

About BBS

BBS is a German wheel manufacturer founded in 1970 by Heinrich Baumgartner and Klaus Brand in Schiltach, in the Black Forest region of Baden-Württemberg. The company name combines the founders' surnames with the city. BBS pioneered the three-piece motorsport wheel in 1972 and introduced the cross-spoke design and counter-pressure casting process in 1975, both of which became industry standards. The RS, RM, and LM mesh wheels are fixtures of tuner culture, Formula 1, and Le Mans. After multiple bankruptcies tied to aluminum supply shocks, BBS was acquired by German suspension firm KW Automotive in March 2021. Supreme collaborated with BBS on a forged aluminum wheel.
