Supreme x Bug-A-Salt 3.0
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

About the original
The Bug-A-Salt 3.0 is a pump-action spring-powered plastic gun that uses a pinch of ordinary table salt as its projectile to kill flies and other small insects at close range, with a refined sight line, improved trigger, and a safety pin on this third generation. Bug-A-Salt was founded in Santa Barbara, California by sculptor and inventor Lorenzo Maggiore, who took the salt-shotgun concept from prototype to production through a 2012 Indiegogo campaign that became one of the platform's early viral product launches. The standard 3.0 retails for $50 direct from Bug-A-Salt. The SS26 Supreme collab version is the same gun with an embossed box logo and co-branded packaging, released at $80.
About Bug-A-Salt
Bug-A-Salt is an American novelty pest-control manufacturer founded in 2012 by artist and inventor Lorenzo Maggiore, based in Santa Monica, California. The product is a pump-action gun that fires a pinch of ordinary table salt at short range, designed to kill flies without chemicals or residue. Maggiore launched it through an Indiegogo campaign that raised over $577,000 and shipped the first units in 2013. The company has since released multiple generations, including the Lawn & Garden and 3.0 models, and sold more than three million units. Supreme produced a co-branded edition of the original Bug-A-Salt gun.
