Supreme x Fort Knox Safe
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version

Original — Fort Knox
Original Pistol Box (PB1)
About the original
The Fort Knox Original Pistol Box (PB1) is a 10-gauge steel personal safe with a Simplex mechanical push-button lock, a welded and concealed hinge, pry-resistant bolt-down construction, and an egg-crate foam interior sized for a handgun, documents, or small valuables. The Simplex lock is a five-button mechanical system that requires no batteries, no electronics, and no dial — making it faster to open under stress than a combination dial safe. Fort Knox has manufactured American-made steel safes and vaults in Orem, Utah since 1987, and the PB1 is the smallest product in their line. The SS2026 Supreme collab version adds a red powder-coat finish with a printed box logo on the lid.
About Fort Knox
Fort Knox is an American safe manufacturer founded in 1982 by Tom James in Orem, Utah, and still operated by the James family across its second and third generations. The company was among the first to build residential gun safes specifically for firearm owners, and its product line centers on heavy-gauge steel bodies, mechanical and electronic locks, and fireboard insulation. Current offerings include the Defender, Maverick, Protector, and Titan series, alongside vault doors and executive office safes, all manufactured at the original Orem facility. Supreme's collaboration produced a co-branded Fort Knox safe with the box logo applied to the door.
