About the original
Halama is a family crystal glassworks in Železný Brod, Czech Republic, founded by František Halama in 1932 and still cutting and molding art glass by hand three generations later. The box Supreme used is one of Halama's pressed-relief lidded boxes: a reclining nude framed by flowers, the same motif the workshop has produced in green malachite and clear crystal for decades, here roughly 5.7 inches across. For FW21 Supreme took that mold, added its name to the book the figure holds, and ran it in red — a colorway Halama's own catalog doesn't stock. At $238 it's a genuine piece of hand-finished Bohemian art glass with a box logo pressed into the relief. Buy any of Halama's boxes directly from the glassworks.
