Supreme x Ka-Bar Emergency Whistle Keychain
Supreme vs. Original

Supreme version
About the original
The Ka-Bar Emergency Whistle (model 9925) is a 3.75 inch metal pea-less whistle rated at approximately 100 decibels, designed for outdoor signaling, maritime use, and personal safety, and threaded with a ball chain for keyring attachment. Ka-Bar Knives has manufactured blades in Olean, New York since 1898 and produced the 1219C2 USMC fighting knife issued to Marines during World War II, which became the brand's defining product and the source of the Ka-Bar name itself. The 9925 whistle is part of their small-accessories line. The Supreme SS26 version keeps the same body and chain hardware and adds an embossed box logo on the side of the whistle.
About Ka-Bar
Ka-Bar is an American knife manufacturer founded in 1898 as the Tidioute Cutlery Company in Tidioute, Pennsylvania, and reincorporated in Olean, New York, under Wallace R. Brown in 1911. The Ka-Bar name originated from a fur trapper's letter describing using one of the company's knives to kill a wounded bear. In 1942 the company produced the USMC Mark 2 Combat Knife, a 7-inch carbon-steel fighting-utility blade with stacked leather handle, adopted by the Marine Corps and Navy during World War II. Ka-Bar still manufactures the Mark 2 alongside outdoor, law-enforcement, and EDC knives. Supreme's Ka-Bar collaboration used the Mark 2 form.
