About PB Swiss Tools
PB Swiss Tools is a Swiss hand tool manufacturer founded in 1878 as a village blacksmith shop in Wasen, in the Emmental region of Switzerland. Paul Baumann took over the family business in 1918, and his initials gave the brand its name. The company produced its first screwdriver in 1940 and developed robust hand tools for the Swiss Armed Forces during World War II alongside son Max Baumann. The signature red transparent handles are injection-molded from CAB, a wood-derived cellulose acetate butyrate. Roughly 150 employees in Wasen and Sumiswald produce 12 million tools annually. Supreme has collaborated with PB Swiss Tools on co-branded screwdrivers.
