About the original

The Pelican 1060 Micro Case is a crushproof, watertight, dustproof polycarbonate case with a molded rubber liner and automatic pressure-purge valve; interior dimensions are 8.25 by 4.25 by 2.25 inches and the case is rated submersible to one meter. Pelican Products was founded in 1976 in Torrance, California, and builds the 1060 as the small-case member of its professional Protector line used by divers, photographers, and the US military. The Supreme FW19 version keeps the same copolymer shell and rubber liner, adding a printed box logo and dropping on August 22, 2019 in red, blue, smoke, and neon yellow.

About Pelican

Pelican Products is an American manufacturer of protective cases, coolers, and portable lighting founded in 1976 by David and Arline Parker as a mail-order home business in Torrance, California. Dave Parker, a scuba diver, patented the Pelican Float as the company's first product, followed by the SabreLite flashlight and, in 1978, the Protector case. The crushproof, watertight, dustproof cases use an automatic pressure equalization valve and polymer construction, and are standard issue with military, law enforcement, and emergency services worldwide. Supreme produced co-branded Pelican 1150 and 1200 cases for its accessories lineup.
