About Pelican
Pelican Products is an American manufacturer of protective cases, coolers, and portable lighting founded in 1976 by David and Arline Parker as a mail-order home business in Torrance, California. Dave Parker, a scuba diver, patented the Pelican Float as the company's first product, followed by the SabreLite flashlight and, in 1978, the Protector case. The crushproof, watertight, dustproof cases use an automatic pressure equalization valve and polymer construction, and are standard issue with military, law enforcement, and emergency services worldwide. Supreme produced co-branded Pelican 1150 and 1200 cases for its accessories lineup.
