About the original
The Rhino Classic Trunk is a 32-inch by 18-inch by 14-inch footlocker built on a 7-ply Baltic Birch plywood frame with a vinyl-laminated exterior, nickel-plated steel hardware, recessed side handles, and a magnetic no-slam soft-close lid — rated for 1,500-plus pounds of sitting capacity. Rhino Trunk & Case has manufactured trunks in the USA since 1986, primarily for summer camps, college dorms, and the U.S. military. The trunk has an interior capacity of roughly 4.7 cubic feet and ships with a lifetime warranty against frame failure. The SS2022 Supreme collab retailed at $398 with a printed box logo on the lid; the original Large Classic Trunk sells for around $240 direct from Rhino.

Rhino Trunk & Case is an American luggage manufacturer founded by Gregory Hurwitz and operating from a 17,000 square foot facility in Rochester, New York, since 2005. Every trunk and case is built in Rochester using vulcanized fiber, hardwood-reinforced corners, steel hardware, and riveted construction designed to take repeated shipping and storage abuse. The product line covers camp trunks, college footlockers, travel trunks, and storage cases sold to universities, summer camps, the military, and direct-to-consumer customers. The Large Rhino Classic Trunk measures 32 by 18 by 14 inches. Supreme collaborated with Rhino Trunk & Case on a co-branded version of the Large Classic Trunk.
